Itâs all too easy to get stuck in the day-to-day chaos that you forget the whole reason you launched the thing in the first place.
Take the time to remind yourself that:
– Not every email is an emergency.
– Strategy time isnât a luxury – itâs a necessity.
– Doing everything yourself is a fast track to burnout.
So if youâre in it right now – feeling swamped, scattered, or questioning your life choices – take a second to zoom out.
Reconnect with your âwhy.â Revisit the vision.
If you’re always stuck in the weeds, youâll miss the view from the mountain top.
And thatâs where the good stuff is.

If your profit margins are thin, there is a real danger you are running a charity for your least valuable customers. Low margin work is
